Personal Injury Paralegal/Legal Assistant

The successful candidate will not only have a general knowledge of New York legal procedures and personal injury cases, but will also be able to perform legal research, communicate effictively with clients, insurance companies and courts along with draft court documents in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: * Communicate effectively with clients; * Review investigative reports and medical reports; * Summarize medical records and prepare demands; * Process documentation and prepare pleadings; * Document a history of medical treatment.
* Update client's file to track case progression.
* Communicate with insurance companies and law firms.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $34,838.
00 - $54,000.
