Rupp Pfalzgraf LLC seeks a talented family/matrimonial law associate with 0-5 years of experience to join our dynamic legal team.

*Responsibilities:*
* Provide counsel to clients in matters related to family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, domestic violence, and other family-related legal issues.
* Conduct legal research and analysis.
* Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on their cases, address their concerns, and ensure their involvement in decision-making processes.
* Prepare legal documents, including petitions, complaints, motions, affidavits, and settlement agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
* Assist clients in court hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
* Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases, gaining valuable insight and experience.
* Stay updated on legal developments and changes that impact our clients.
*Qualifications:*
* Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school.
* Admitted to the New York State Bar.
* 0-5 years of experience in family/matrimonial law.
* Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn from experienced attorneys.
* Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.
