Duties:
- Negotiate and litigate on behalf of clients in various legal matters
- Conduct legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions
- Assist with legal administrative tasks, such as document management and case organization
Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Strong research and writing skills
- Experience with legal drafting and document preparation
- Familiarity with Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw research platforms
As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for negotiating and litigating on behalf of clients in various legal matters.
You will conduct legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support your cases.
Additionally, you will draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
You will also assist with legal administrative tasks, such as document management and case organization.
To be successful in this role, you must have a Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to the state bar association.
Strong research and writing skills are essential, as well as experience with legal drafting and document preparation.
Familiarity with Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw research platforms is also preferred.
