We are currently seeking to hire an Appellate Attorney to join our team to handle Social Security Disability appeals.
The Law Offices of Kenneth Hiller has built one of the most successful federal appellate practices in the country, with multiple precedent-setting wins at the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, as well as in district courts in several different jurisdictions.
This is an opportunity to engage in in-depth, federal appellate advocacy on behalf of those in need.
The position requires compassion for the disabled, strong research and writing skills, and good communication skills.
Knowledge of Social Security law is a plus, but is not required.
