THE POSITION:
Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with more than 20 offices in 10 states, has an immediate opportunity for a Construction Litigation Partner to join our Buffalo office.
THE QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualified candidates will have 8+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial.
The ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically, is licensed to practice in New York and has practiced in one or more areas of commercial litigation.
Experience in handling breach of contract, delay and acceleration, design and construction defect, performance and payment bond, and other high-value claims for contractors, construction managers, and others in connection with large-scale private and public construction projects is highly preferred.
THE BENEFITS:
The annualized salary range for this position is $100,000 to $240,000.
Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law.
This position also offers bonuses, and a full benefits package.
