Compensation: $115,000 DOE plus bonuses Responsibilities: Draft documents related to plaintiff’s foreclosure cases (similar to mortgage foreclosures) Compose Lis pendens documents Prepare summons and complaints Draft and oppose motions associated with a typical foreclosure Write correspondence regarding assigned files Make court appearances Facilitate client communication Qualifications: Minimum 2 years' experience in mortgage foreclosures Must be admitted in the State of New York About Company Schneider Buchel LLP is a growing law firm with clients throughout New York State.
